About
Meredith Spoon, OTR/L
As a highly trained, licensed, and registered occupational therapist, I provide pediatric occupational therapy services for children ages 0–17. With over 20 years of experience and a lifelong passion for supporting children, I partner closely with families and caregivers to help each child develop, strengthen, and master the skills needed to play, learn, and participate in daily life with greater independence and confidence.
Therapy is engaging, meaningful, and fun! I focus on creating a supportive environment where children feel encouraged to explore, grow, and succeed. I also work alongside families to provide practical strategies and guidance that support progress beyond the therapy setting.
At Rainbow Roots Pediatric Therapy, I believe every child has unique strengths and potential. Together, we nurture each child’s “rainbow roots” so their colors can shine brightly for all to see.

Rainbow Roots is a contracted insurance provider with Aetna, Anthem, CareSource, Cigna, Medical Mutual, Molina, Tricare/Humana, and UHC commercial/marketplace plans (not UHC Medicaid plan). Rainbow Roots is an approved provider for the DEW Autism Scholarship program. A competitive private pay rate is also available.
